Built on the site of a feudal castle on the banks of the River Essone between the 13th and the 15th century, the Château d'Augerville was originally the residence of Jacques Coeur.
Famous figures stayed here : Lacordaire,Rossini, Musset, Chateaubriand, Alexandre Dumas son...
At the start of the 20th century, Mrs Belmont bought the domain and proceeded important alterations within the Château : medieval ornamentations and plaster mouldings inspired by the Palais Jacques Coeur in Bourges, which make of this domain a unique place.
TRADITIONNAL RESTAURANT
Restaurant Jacques Coeur : remarkable wook panelling, superb fireplace and splending south facing terrace, overlooking the golf course.
The Chef propose to you a Traditional French Cuisine and a "golfers menu" served in the "Petit Salon" or on the terrace at lunchtime.
